The Extra Space Storage facility at 1350 Innovation St in Middle River, MD is the BEST storage experience I’ve had. The building is PRISTINE clean, secured and well maintained. The Store Manager, Josh, and his staff are very nice and helpful. I rented two units when I moved out-of-state two years ago, and just recently downsized to one unit. I always feel confident that my belongings are safe, which is most important for this type of service.

Great experience. This is my 1st storage unit renting. Joshua is the manger and the one I talked too. He was very nice, opened the door for me, explained everything with ease and answered any questions I had. They were doing an online sale so he matched the online price for me since I was getting the unit right then and there. The store, hallways and unites were very clean.
