I literally showed up to the facility 1 minute before closing and I really didn’t have the time to come back another day to sign my lease for my storage unit because of work. DeAnna and Denia were absolutely AMAZING and gave me the best customer service experience. I was so afraid they would turn me away, but they took care of me in a matter of minutes and had me on my way! So happy I chose this facility as customer service is very important to me.

Denia was amazing and gave over the top customer service, she stayed an hour and 45 minutes past closing to assist us in changing our reservation she was amazing and is the best customer service rep at this location

The first thing I noticed was how clean the facility was. I have rented from multiple storage places and this one by far is the cleanest. The process was smooth and move in was easy. Also the young lady that works there is very nice.

This place is by far the most cleanest storage space I have Ever had and I had Quite a few in the last 17 years. The staff even walked around cleaning. I have never seen this happen in any other storage ever! The staff is very friendly and professional! They even provide their own lock for me! How convenient!!! I would Recommend this place to anyone!!!!

I just got a storage unit here at Extra Space Storage today and I must say the place is so clean and polished. I've never seen a storage unit so clean. I feel very comfortable leaving my items here. I worked with the Manager and she was very professional and her customer service was on point. I would absolutely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone.

Deanna who was the rep that helped my wife and I today with finding a storage space, was professional and personable. She explained everything clear and gave an expectation on what we would pay per month and if we close our space. Its a brand new facility and I would recommend using Extra Space Storage for any of your storage needs.
