I walked into Extra Space Storage (ESS) & was pleasantly greeted by Denia. From beginning to end, Denia displayed supreme customer service, which is extremely important to me. She assisted me with an inaccurate reservation (my error), a rate inquiry & all the other many questions I had, lol! Denia was very knowledgeable & provided insight on everything I needed to know, in relation to renting at this location. Did I mention how personable she was?! At the end of our business, we both concluded that it was meant for me to walk in when I did. I’m in full agreement & I look forward to future business with ESS. Thanks again Denia! ??

Today was my first day using this facility and my first impression was, this is “Awesome”, especially after talking with the young lady in the office who was very polite and helpful in getting me acclimated.. I’m sorry I cannot remember her name however, her customer service skills were excellent! I felt a real concern as she explained the where and how’s of this facility. She indicated for me to push the button if I needed any assistance or had questions and she would be more than happy to assist me. The storage areas are clean, with carts available for easy access to and from your storage unit. There is also lots of available parking. I would certainly recommend this location to anyone in need of a storage facility!

Where do I begin when describing the exceptional customer service Ms. Denia consistently provides? I first spoke with her over the phone, and her vibrant, welcoming personality immediately stood out. I had been waiting for the store to open and told her I would stop by later that afternoon, which happened to be the very first day of its opening. During our call, I explained the type and size of storage unit I needed, as well as my preference for being close to the entry door. When I arrived at the store, Ms. Denia was just as welcoming in person as she was on the phone. She answered all of my questions, gave me a tour, and guided me to the unit she had selected for me to view—it was perfect. I signed the contract to rent the unit that same day. Each time I visit, she greets me with a warm smile and asks how she can assist me that day. Ms. Denia’s excellent customer service, professionalism, and wonderful personality are true assets that will continue to attract customers to Extra Space Storage—or anywhere else she chooses to be. As long as Ms. Denia remains at this new Upper Marlboro, MD location, I will certainly refer all of my friends and family to her.
