Update Jill is awesome She fixed everything thank you for your dedicated work. Listen I run business and I understand rates can increase with advance notice I have been with them close to a year or even over a year now and to be honest at first it was okay then became unbearable then it went to hell. They increased my rate without informing me no letter, no email nothing just increased it drastically now by a certain percentage but by a huge amount I went from paying $115 to $234 to $355 in just 3 months apart and without no warning and I have been with them for a year more or less. Is beyond insane then they send a email reminder to pay for it by end of the month when I already paid for my November this is beyond GREED. I understand they maybe slow so they intentionally increase people that have been there for a while to make up the loss/profit and to me that’s something I have to take legal actions on if not fixed this is beyond disgusting nothing to even argue about but just disgusting. I never felt disgusted with a company method like this I’ll definitely take a look into this and let alone they did this with no warning and giving little time for you to even get your stuff out of there if you cannot afford that rate evil company
