Being on a limited income in today's economy, it makes it hard to afford something you have budgeted. A small rent adjustment was made it's a start. But more needs to be done in order to make it stable specially to long time tenants!

I had 2 storage units and condensed them. The bill was reasonable per month. Suddenly the bill jumped 50 dollars. Clean facility but rodent problems evident by traps everywhere.
