Boston Self Storage at 235 North Beacon St

Customer service was phenomenal. We were having problems with our lock at the time of check out and the woman working there stepped right in to help. She was friendly and incredibly helpful! The facility was easy to access and get in / out and, when you have such good service, it makes it all so much more pleasant. I would not hesitate to go back in the future. Highly recommend them!!!

The manager at this facility, Ms. Byron, has been extraordinarily helpful and gracious. We have often had to manage our use of the facility from a distance, with different people coming into the space to assess what is there and eventually to remove it. Her advice and assistance has been invaluable on every occasion.

I rented a unit at Extra Space Storage on N. Beacon Street in Brighton, MA. This past weekend, I moved my items out of the storage unit. Jennifer, who manages the location, was helpful, courteous and a true professional. She handled the paperwork to close out the unit with speed and efficiency. I was very happy with this facility and would rent a unit there again should the need arise.

Pleasant customer service. Facility has no elevator but they inherited this issue. Over all a good experience ????

The employee Jenn Byron at the Brighton, MA facility was friendly, helpful and appeared to be working hard the entire time we were there. We were there for 5 hours on our first visit and one on our second. The facilities at Brighton, MA were having the roof repaired. There were insufficient tarps below the roof, so quantities of soot, small pebbles and bits of tar rained down into all 3 units, area B, C and E. Our belongings were covered in this. It rained onto us, getting in hair and all over our clothing as well. At one point, it was thick enough on the floor that you could not see the floor! Jenn swept and apologized. I do not consider this her fault. She was great. The roofing company has damaged some of our things and everything will need to be cleaned! I do not appreciate this one bit!

My positive experiences of Extra Space Storage were the result of the very friendly, informative and helpful service I received during my (1) telephone enquiry and (2) contact in person with the manager of the storage at 235 North Beacon Street, Brighton, MA. The storages I saw and the one eventually rented were a bit old and could use some maintenance to give a clean and bright impression.

Amazing experience and fair prices, Jen at the front office was incredibly helpful. This is my first time renting a storage unit and she explained all my options, was up front about any charges and helped me figure out what what was the best option for my move. She called me within a week with exactly the unit I was looking for and got it set up that day. Wonderful customer service and very clean facility, couldn't recommend enough!
