I had a truck full to store and had to get my keys to my storage room and it was closing time. But Brandon, at extra space in Brockton, saved my day!! I called and he stayed open waiting for me and got me signed in and settled!! I couldn't thank him enough! It would have cost me so much more for another night with the rental truck! His act of kindness of meeting the customers needs made all the difference and we had some laughs too!! Thank you Brandon and Extra Space!!

Brandon at this location is a DOLL. He goes above and beyond for his clientele. I have had questions and he's never ever made me feel silly for asking them. When he says he is going to do something he does it. Simply the best. If you could clone him for all your stores I would highly suggest it. The store, units and grounds are always immaculate!!

I walked in not knowing what I needed or how to go about it. Brandon made me feel comfortable from the moment he greeted me. He guided me through this whole process and put me at ease when I choose my unit. He gave me a tour and helpful packing and storage tips. We laughed and I signed a lease. I felt like I walked in alone and left with a new friend. I would definitely recommend this business!
