My experience at Extra Space Storage was truly a pleasure.Julia, the young lady in charge was even better than that! Firstly, I was unfamiliar with the entire renting storage experience. I called & told her I was coming there. She greeted me warmly for starters. Julia patiently, & I mean patiently walked me thru the entire process, which included viewing the storage unit & all that that entailed. She answered all my questions (& there were quite a few) along with adding a few answers to questions I never asked. It was a very comfortable, enlightening & positive experience to say the very least. She made my decision in storing my "stuff" there an easy one. Julia definitely made time & space at Extra Space for me. I know she will for you. Thank you Extra Space & of course, thank you Julia!

Julia has always helped me whenever I had questions or needed any assistance! Today I came in expecting her and was pleasantly surprised to meet Bill. Not only did Bill quickly resolve my issue he did it with a warm smile and kind heart. Overall this is the best and most secure storage facility I’ve ever rented at and will continue to do so! Today I upgraded my unit and moved in with ease, Bill made sure I got the unit I needed and wanted. Thank you so much Bill and thank you Julia for always helping me.
