Working with the Kingston location has been a great experience the last 6 months. When I went this past summer to arrange storage I was helped by the manager, Deb. She was friendly and knowledgeable providing great service. She quickly and efficiently got me set up. The day before I finished moving out of my house I needed an additional unit and she again was super helpful making the experience simple. Over the last few months she has been great with any questions and has made experience easy. It’s great when businesses have the right people especially these days when customer service has been lacking.

I found the need for extra storage for the winter months. After looking into the other storage businesses in my area I chose Extra Space Storage in Kingston. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the facility but it was the manager Debra Dupie that impressed me the most. Debra explained all the options I had and helped me choose the storage unit that was right for me. Debra made sure I had her card and told me I could call her at anytime with any questions I had. I would recommend Extra Storage Space in Kingston without hesitation.
