Alex was so helpful in explaining everything to us as we rented our first storage unit. We understood all charges, current and future, before signing the agreement. She made all policies and procedures very clear and answered all of our questions. The unit itself is clean and ready for us. We know our stuff will be safe and secure.

The space was clean and easily accessible. Staff was friendly and there was always had carts available. My Only issue is the cost. They get you with a move in discount, and once that expires you get the notice that the rent is increasing. I was there a year and I ended paying $214 for a larger unit. It got quite expensive, but it’s more costly to keep moving, so you’re unfortunately stuck.

Great check out experience and really helpful staff on site. Climate control appreciated and always plenty of space to park and load/unload. If the main company hadn't doubled my price after six months I might've stayed but the stuff I had in there probably wasn't worth the extra cost! Ha ha

Rental prices may be a little higher as compared to other space rental services but a couple of other things are better like they have long flat carts available which you can use to carry your have stuffs to the the rented rooms and back to your truck. Their room shutters are smooth and close and open. It definitely saves your time and energy. I would definitely prefer the Extra Space Storage over others.

Alex was extremely helpful! We had visited another extra space facility that was not nearly as well maintained and the staff was not as friendly and helpful. Alex had exactly what we needed and helped us get into our storage unit immediately. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean, reasonably priced unit and you’ll be taken care of if Alex is working in the office!

Best experience from start to finish with Michael, Alex, and the person at corporate. Details of unit and expected costs were all up front. Units are relatively new and space is clean. Easy to access. My experience with the moving company was horrendous so it was nice to have a fresh, friendly experience with Extra Space. Recommend them strongly for anyone with storage needs.
