So helpful today. Payment was due on my storage unit and for the third time I’ve had credit card fraud and my direct withdrawal failed. Great phone call not only able to pay with new card over phone but was also given some discounts to help bring down my storage units monthly costs. (Senior discount ????). Been renting my unit for five years have always had great experience with staff. Thank you, Teena
