I had some problems with this place regarding pricing, but I just now got a text from Kyle who works there and he got it so my rent was lowered. Called while he was on his lunch and he still picked up the phone. Called me back in adequate time. Said he'd get my issue fixed and followed through. If you need to talk to these people, make sure to deal with Kyle. That's the 5 stars.

Kyle was so professional and knowledgeable...He graciously answered all my questions with patience & respect! close to home. Had space during a time when Storage was scarce. Only issue is the price went way up and it’s not even a climate controlled space but we are paying like it is.
