Outstanding experience at Extra Space Storage from first phone call with their agent to getting assistance from the staff at move in to my unit. Can't say enough about how helpful Nick and Bill are at the Sudbury facility office. Personable, always ready to go the extra mile and ready to answer questions or help in any way. The facility is unbelievably nice. Easy access from the gate to the huge indoor loading/unloading area with automatic gate and garage door. Amazingly clean, well lit and plenty of dolly's always on hand. I've had a lot of storage spaces over the years and Extra Space is head and shoulders above the rest.
