I’ve been at this storage facility location for nearly 11 years, there have been several different owners in that time. I came here to say the new ownership and management team are great to work with. I recently had to make a change to my account and it couldn’t have been easier. Friendly professional service, that is harder and harder to find these days. A+++

Heather is absolutely amazing. I first spoke with her on the phone and she was very personable and informative, as well as nice and friendly My first time going to the storage unit, I saw her briefly, but the second time my key broke off in my lock I had driven 45 minutes and was late to work so this was really unpleasant, but I ran into Heather and she was able to cut my lock and get me set up with a new one That is honestly huge for me because moving is stressful as it is And to have something go wrong when you’re late to work and you just need to get into your unit. I am so grateful for her, And her kindness. She also helped me get set up with a separate storage unit at the same location
