I shopped other storage companies to price check and compare facilities. From the moment I toured this one with Justin, the site manager, I was sold! Justin is honest, friendly, professional and takes the time to listen. We reviewed the security, he opened and showed me units so I could see the inside- and by the way the whole facility is SUPER CLEAN! I felt safe, comfortable and was treated with respect. (Very rare to receive excellent customer service these days.) I will say this, Justin was the hands down tie breaker for me!! I feel very confident my possessions will be in excellent care, I fully understand the pricing and it is the first time I have been happy about dealing with a storage unit. Thank You Justin. You went above and beyond my expectations!!

I went today to take a look at some units and get a tour. First of all, Justin is so phenomenal and he made me feel at ease. I enjoyed my entire experience. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He took his time with me and I didn’t feel rushed. My biggest concerns were security and cleanliness. This place exceeded that. It’s a 10 out of 10 for me.

I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a space that worked for me. I found the facility to be clean, safe and secure. It was easy to access and carts were always available to use by the doors. I would definitely use this storage facility again. Thanks!

This is a very nice facility, always super clean. The on-site manager Justin is GREAT! He returns my calls quickly and has been super helpful in all our dealings; it's refreshing to have friendly and competent customer service when you need it!

The easiest, most convenient, stress-free, self-storage experience! From start to finish I had a flawless experience! Starting service was easy; completed in minutes online! I went with a Bluetooth lock; HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Unlock your unit right on your phone! User friendly app for unlocking on-site doors, elevator, unit! Attached parking lot; not overcrowded. Any time I communicated with Extra Space employees it was quick, professional, and great service! Large window for hours of operation! Well lit & secure building. Carts were always available for loading/unloading. Move out was easy; a few clicks online. If I ever need storage again, I will be using Extra Space!
