The facility was very clean and well lit. The person behind the counter is a professional, informative and very polite. She made the visit there easy and smooth. Definitely a place to consider in the neighborhood, absolutely recommended.

Nolan at the 1717 River Road location was so great and helpful. I had specific needs and he went out of his way to try to help me find something that would work. Just a great customer service experience and great experience with a storage space company. Highly recommend!

Nolan went above and beyond in helping us secure a storage unit at the West River Road location! He took the extra time we needed to help us out. He was, at all times, professional and personable. We also noticed how respectfully he treated other clients who were there to access their units. Overall, a superior experience, thanks to Nolan!

Used this facility for about six months to store some extra kid stuff. Nice, clean facility. Very friendly staff. Gave a thorough overview of how the facility worked, and tips on best spots to unload your car. Easy process for moving out. Was able to give a 24 hour notification online when I was ready to empty everything out.

The facility and especially the professionalism of Nolan was outstanding! Nolan was extremely helpful, and very detailed oriented. He couldn't have made this a smoother transaction and storage rental. I will definitely use Extra Space Storage again if I have storage needs, and would recommend this location in particular to all!

Just got my unit today and Anthony Robinson was the best I had no time to spare and this was last minute. But I was in and out and the pay wasn't bad either. He explained everything in a way that was quick and understandable. Super clean! Definitely recommend ??

Helped a friend get part of his belongings. It's lite up great,no problems finding his unit, very clean,and my friend said the pricing is very reasonable. When I need a storage unit they will be the one's I speak to.

I've always had good experiences at this location. It's always been clean and there have always been carts available (maybe not at busier times). The motion detector lights still give me a bit of that creepy vibe if they turn off when I've been in my storage unit for a while, but hey, energy efficiency and I totally get it. Just remember to bring your own lighting if you're going to be in there for a while - I bring a task light for inside my storage unit when I'm planning to dig through boxes etc.
