Amazing, great prices, clean and super secure. amazing staff super dedicated from cleaning to upkeep with painting cleaning waxing the floors driving to Extra Space in MN snow even shoveling the lot when a snow storm hit to seeing some exciting little visitors

I'll start off with saying the staff are nice and the facility is kept pretty clean. Recently there is an issue with some residents not respecting the rules of the shared carts. People have not been returning them to the community cart area. We also heard that management found some being kept in some storage units of some individuals. They're trying to combat it by forcing everyone to check the carts out when using them. I say kick the people out that think they're more important than everyone else and locking carts away in their personal units. Edit: They worked with me to reduce my rates to reflect closer to what is currently being asked for on their website and as promised I changed to a 5 star.
