Went in just to look at sizes of units, we get shown the unit, then immediately asked to leave a 5 star review from Michael. We only wanted to see if this place made sense for our needs, nothing more than that. This place is completely trying to skew their numbers by flushing out the bad reviews (that are there, and recent!) by flooding their page with a bunch of hollow 5 star reviews. Do some homework before booking here

Missy was absolutely amazing and could not have been better! I was renting the storage unit while traveling to Las Vegas and kept loosing the call in the mountains. She was such a trooper about helping me with the lease, insurance and information to make things smooth upon my return. Such a stress relief to be sure I had the unit secured. 110% customer service went way above what you would have expected. Highly recommend the property. :)

We had to use Extra Space Storage on Vogel Road as we prepared for a move, and they couldn’t have made it any easier. The experience was incredibly easy and professional. The also provided dollys that could be used to take your things from your car to your unit. I 100% recommend Extra Space Storage in Vogel!
