Polite, thorough, professional...Red gave excellent service and I must say this place is a great deal. I was all checked-in in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend Extra Space Fenton.

Red is a HUGE asset to the Fenton location! Her customer service is above and beyond what I ever expected. I was impressed how clean the facility was being so close to a major highway.

I had a pleasant conversation with Cat and she was very kind and helpful.

Very easy to set up and they worked with me on pricing. All in all it was a very good experience. They even text me the entrance code and had the keys ready so we didn't have to go into the office at all

Cat is amazing. She took care of my payment very easily and she even went the extra mile for me in regards to allowing me to pay months ahead. If, could give 25 stars I would. I am a very happy customer and been at this unit since 2014. The facility is always nice and if something broke it fixed in a timely fashion. Was there yesterday and the sliding door is broken to our storage unit and she said they have it for repair to be fixed. This is the best storage unit ever and the staff there is always a wonderful experience. Cannot talk enough about my storage unit and how wonderful the staff is. The manager there is wonderful. She was not there today but I have had wonderful dealing and discussions with her. Thank you all very much for my wonderful experience and always willing to help me with my advance payment. I always drive in just so I can say hi and let them handle my payments. Best staff ever. Brian L

Cat is amazingly helpful, competent, and the storage facility she runs in Fenton is highly recommendable.

Overall, great facility to rent from. RED in the front office is incredible and has been with us each step of the way--from the moment we stepped foot on the property and even now if I have questions, just need to call. She's patient, helpful and very knowledgeable about the property. She is just the best thing about renting from this facility! The facility itself is always clean and the property is kept up nicely. My only complaint is the frequent spikes in rental fees--why it's not a five star review. We rented the unit for an ill family member but we may have to move soon because we can't afford to keep up with the price hikes every 3-4 months. Red has helped us keep it from going up too much, but soon it will reach our threshhold max. It's a great facility and the front office staff are awesome, we don't want to go but may have no choice.

Cat was extremely helpful considering this is the 1st time renting a unit. She took the time to go through every detail with me and answer all the questions I had. She even took the time to show me multiple units varying in size to see which unit would best fit my needs. She was very polite and professional.
