Everything was great! Only thing that would have made it better is if they had shoveled the snow from the front of the unit. Seems they just plow and the snow is piled up in front of the units. Sholanda at the first capital location was nothing but friendly and professional!

Today I'm leaving this message for Extra Space Storage I have been with you guys for several months and each time I come I get treated with the utmost respect kindness and help I have a little problem they call Ms I don't accept it but I understand it more when I let the worker know that I'm not trying to be funny nothing but I have a forgetful moment and regardless of the situation they understands and they care very much. The help I receive today was words that helped me make it through the day. I do not know if you supposed to say the workers name but I actually talked to to can't remember the guys name but the young lady's name is Miss Shonda very very respectful voice is very amenable and use it very well so Shonda has been speak with me for the last I guess three months she has been uplifting she has been on me to let me know about my storage unit and regardless of I forgot to call my new phone number in she still continue to reach out to me ,and I do appreciate that because you teach them a technic of going around situations to get to the problem and I thank you .

I had a great experience yesterday at Extra Space Storage. Shalonda couldn't have been nicer and, also, was very helpful! I had reserved a storage unit and this was my first time there in person. Because I worked in retail for over 40 years, I recognize good service, or lack of, when I see it. This lady is a great representative for your company. I had the pleasure of speaking with Shalonda during my experience and she was so nice and helpful. Also, finding my specific unit was just a tad confusing because only a few doors had the numbers on the front, but I was able to find it in a few minutes!
