I’m so grateful for Sheryl here at Easy Storage/ Life Storage. She’s been a blessing for me and she treats her customers/tenants with the upmost respect and understanding. She isn’t judgmental or snooty and is constantly looking out for her customers spending her personal time to watch over their belongings. She helps in any way possible no matter your situation without judgement. Even if things get messy she doesn’t belittle you. It’s more like a family here than any family I’ve had. I really liked this storage place - very clean very well maintained. Cheryl in the front office was also really helpful during my move out process she honestly went above and beyond for me . If i ever need a storage space again , this is where i would go .

I'm not satisfied yet as they overcharge when you are late and right now I'm about to lose my belongings bc they somehow want to charge me 500 and I'm in a legal battle so almost feel like my items were stolen before they actually worked with me... I spoke with manager who's planning on fixing it. We shall see.
