I have used a number of different storage facilities in St. Louis over the years and Extra Space Storage in Rock Hill has been the best experience yet by far, especially now that it has changed ownership recently, bringing Tanya onboard as our new manager (a few years ago now;), and Emma as her Dream Team assistant recently, two ABSOLUTE ROCK STARS who treat everyone like family and keep the place looking so clean you could eat off the floor, so thank you Tanya and Emma, you ladies are ROCKING IT—in ROCK HILL!

Went in to Lifestorage needing storage and met Tanya who was most helpful in finding a solution for me. She was friendly and compassionate about my needs and was quick to do what was needed to sign me up and get me started. This has been a great help in assisting me to get organized. Tim Everett was in the office at the time and was also very helpful and forthcoming. They both had a very nice manner and made the whole thing doable and easy. Thank you so much Tanya and Tim!
