Raised my rent after the 2nd month by 30 dollars and 3 months later doubled it to 150 a month for a little 3x15 space. Ridiculous. I do not recommend unless you enjoy getting screwed over. I understand an increase because of market changes but to double from 75 to 150 is absurd. The only good thing I can say is 24 hour access was convenient for a person who works nights but doesn't outweigh the constant price increases

I started renting a unit last fall and recently received a notice that my unit is now double the cost starting next month due to the market. I understand increases over time but being with this company less than 6 months and having my rate double is ridiculous. Extremely disappointed that I made the decision to go with Extra Space.
