The facility was always clean and the rate didnt change like other places!!! Always helpful and kind the entire time I was renting!!! 10/10 will recommend to anyone that asks!!!

Called in today to speak with a manager in regards to why my bill has jumped almost $100 in the last year and 2 months. Unfortunately I had to speak with Devin at the woodstone location and not only did he not offer any answers as to why a storage unit had gone up $100 in a year, but instead he decided to get rude and said “well everything is going up, rent, groceries,) which I can understand. But when I said my rent hadn’t gone up anywhere close to that percentage, he laughed and very sarcastically said”well aren’t you just so lucky” Rude people, running a scam business. Customers beware

Excellent storage facility! It was clean and easy to access. I never had an issue get ting to my things. Anytime I needed something, I was always able to contact someone. I highly recommend this storage location!
