Access info in my email was incomplete resulting in a wasted day of Uhaul rental on a Sunday with a half hearted apology on Monday for the ommissions. Got trapped in their apparently unreliable elevator for half an hour while fire department and paramedics were summoned. The managers are kind and seem caring but so far the overall experience is a C- at best. I still recommend but with some reservation.

Great location. The locks on the units are unique. Difficult for someone to break into your unit Surveillance cameras. Always has those rolling flatbeds available. The elevators are always working. The manager has a really good can do attitude.

Extra storage space on Pecos is the best kept secret. I have been with them for 4 years and completely satisfied. As a small business owner I’ve had numerous storage facilities over the country. This is the BEST. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, RHIANNA ALWAYS GIVES ME A HEADS UP ON MY UPCOMING BILLS. The place is always clean and her staff are always courteous. I Love this place.

When we came in to finish my reservation, I was glad to see that we were able to make our little visit such a fun and easy experience. Nice, clean facilities. Rhiannon is the one who usually helps me. She is very friendly and super understanding of my situation, always kind. My only gripe is I wish it was open 24/7.
