7 month update June 2026 Sad to say, management and staff changes again. They are not as business friendly as before and the rent on my unit went up again. I called and was told I can't rent a 2nd larger unit (to add to the unit i have now have 20x10) through the website "that discount is for new customers only!" Really?!? i have added on many new and larger units through the website since that place was bought out last time. So guess what? I am renting a unit, next week, at a different storage company. Giving my money to a company that wants it. I been storing at this location since 2017 (3 new owners throughout that time). I am sad to leave them. Love this location!! I have always needed storage units for the past 10 years. This location, by far, has exceeded my expectations. 1st off. They are very upfront with cost just ask. Excellent customer service! Much thanks to Courtney for helping me with all my questions, accommodate my every need, adding on units, finding the push carts, and helping me with all transfers or new larger units. They check on the units frequently through out the day. If the main door is locked, don't panic, call the number and they will come back to help you. The facility is clean, well lit, lots of parking. If you find anything not working or not well, tell the staff. They are great at helping! Prices are very comparable and reasonable! The building I am at has AC, very good the items I am storing. Great location! Close to Jones, 215, Rainbow. Thank you all for your help!!

I stored the contents of my one bedroom apartment in a unit here. The units aren't necessarily kept cool, but definitely climate controlled. The check in and check out process was really smooth, and the worker at the front was nice and helpful. I would definitely use this location again if I needed to store anything.
