The combined measurements of your trailer and boat should fit a space with no overhang. Typically, a 20' to 30' outdoor parking spot can fit boats on trailers. Do I need to call ahead to access my storage unit?

Janae (3225 S Nellis Blvd) is great! Patient while we worked through out of state temporary registration and insurance paperwork. Noticed we were having a time backing our new toy hauler into the space and provided us with options for an easier space. Janae is polite and helpful. Can’t say enough to describe how pleasant it is working with her. She deserves a raise in pay!

I’ve had such an amazing experience since I got my storage about 2 months ago. The facility is clean and the manager. Let me tell you about her! She’s great!!! So kind and her energy is great! I lost my key and I thought I was coming into a huge fee and she tells me it was just purchasing a new lock. Nothing more and nothing less. Truly grateful! Highly recommend this location ??

I reserved a unit for $10/mo a week ago and when I was going through the Express Check-In link provided on the reservation email, today the price was different. I called the facility and it was explained to me that the website prices fluctuate daily and unfortunately nothing could be done at that time. However, Janae informed me that a refund for the difference will be issued and a request for the monthly rate to be adjusted to the price I originally reserved would be put in. Janae was incredibly helpful, patient with my concerns and so quick with the adjustments. She's a gem! Also, the website express check-in is pretty straight-forward and took about 5 minutes to fill out. I'm very happy with the service.
