Amazing man name Joe helped me at first which seemed like we were gonna have a difficult time loading our storage he called me back with a solution he continued looking for and made it so we were in and out with no extra costs and tooken care of us beyond words thank you Soo much Joe!!!

Alana was very professional and explained everything clearly and easy for me to understand she was a pleasure to work with. I love everything about Extra space except for the fact that the price has changed dramatically. I know that my price was going to change after introduction price and when it went up to 145.00 I was fine with that price, feeling it was a fair price. But I just received another price increase to 219.00. Basically a75.00 dollar increase. I love the space I have and it is close to my house, but I may be looking for other options. I spoke to a representative and he lowered it to 190.00. better, but still high..

I really like I was able to get my storage online and able to enter and exit he gates and doors using my phone. What I don’t like about the facility are, the magnet does not hold the door open (broken). I used one of the carts to bring items in but the ground is not flush with the pavement so there a hump that’s about one inch and a half high. I couldn’t bring the cart pass the door to load items because I couldn’t pull the cart over the hump. When I went to my storage there was a small roach crawling on the wall. I sprayed it with disinfectant (that’s all I had), it fell and I stepped on it. I didn’t come with roaches and I don’t want to leave with roaches. Overall I am satisfied.
