Karla was extremely helpful and super friendly. Made my first experience here super comfortable and welcoming. My family moved here from Illinois and we are expanding our family. Karla came out to the unit with me and showed me my unit personally. Unfortunately the unit I rented had something with the door, but Karla quickly worked on getting me transferred to another unit. The process was smooth and fast. Thank you so much Karla for welcoming me and your amazing customer service!

Karla is very helpful and very thorough when I rented a vehicle spot in the storage by Ferrell and Ann. She is always personable and accommodating when I ask her questions and for help. I highly recommend renting a space in this location..your vehicle will always be safe!
