Robyn was so helpful and efficient. Renting my unit was quick and painless. The drive up and unload is brilliant! Plus they have water fountains AND water bottle fill up stations. I definitely recommend this place!

We made the switch and are so happy we did. Staff is amazing and everything is clean and we’re able to use carts, bathrooms, and even a drive through unloading zone to keep us dry and warm.

Love this Storage as a whole. Zero complaints!!! Ive dealt with many staff members and they are alll amazing. Beyond fabulous manager. Just great. Best place I’ve ever had storage its affordable and convenient. The drive up is so convenient especially with the winters! Not to mention Robynne is AMAZING! Always so helpful with anything and knows how to just have a conversation in a friendly manner. She made sure that she went through my entire lease with me point by point. And answered every single question that I had without hesitation. Went to upgrade my unit about a week ago and she was so thoughtful and patient when I couldn’t decide. She even made sure I got the convenience I was looking for along with the best deal I could get.

Mr. Violette, the manager at Double Diamond Parkway made the storage selection experience easy. He answered my questions clearly, gave me a copy of the proposed lease to review before signing, and the lease said everything he had told me, and he was wonderful when I kept calling him with more questions.
