People were great to deal with. It was pouring rain the first day I went to my storage unit. There are no rain gutters and the door was very difficult to open so, I got drenched from the roof runoff. Door came off track 1/2 way up. I did manage to get it back in track and will be bringing WD 40 next time I go to oil it all. Gutters really should be installed! And routine maintenance on door operation.

I will be moving to Portsmouth soon, and I secured some storage space here because it's close to where I'll live. I have to say, I've only worked with them for a few days, but the customer service has been simply outstanding. I've spoken with several of the people there, and every single one of them has been friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I get a genuine sense that they actually are interested in people. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

I "reserved" the size unit I needed ahead and did my reservation online. The day arrived and there were a few questions I needed to ask. Although I was reserving in Concord NH the general number linked me to another NH location; Portsmouth NH. I spoke to two agents; Thomas and Erica. Both helped me to navigate the online app as well as clarified any questions I had. Great attitudes! Very helpful! And Erica got all my paperwork fine tuned the day before I needed access. I have been so happy with the customer service in the Portsmouth NH location. Thomas, Matt & now Erica have been wonderful to work with. The company itself has policies that are less than desirable. The price on the unit I was renting went up in price from $95 to $200. If it were not for Thomas, Matt and Erica I would have moved out. Instead they found a unit upstairs in the same building that was in my budget. Thank you so much to them for their professional and gracious handling of the situation.
