It was Mr. Alex Rosa for me baby ! He was very polite, very helpful, understanding, and very patient with my needy behind lol.. he took the weight off my shoulder in 2.5 seconds.. customer service was all that ! If y’all ain’t packing here y’all lacking there .. come to extra storage space in cherry hill nj NEOWWWWWW !

Alex is great! He made sure to give us the lowest possible rate increase. We truly appreciate this since we are long-term (5+ years) storage unit renters at this Cherry Hill location. Alex keeps the place well lit and in tip top shape.

Went to visit to see about an outside parking spot. Met Alex, who was very nice and informative about anything I needed. He explained everything to me in a very simple manner and answered any questions I had. I decide to store my car there at the end of the visit. Good people and a good company

I have had the best experience so far! I originally purchased a small storage unit and it was my first time using storage space. I ended up needing a much larger storage and the customer service was phenomenal! The guy who helped me was able to upgrade/transfer to a large storage space with no extra cost! He went above and beyond. And it was close to closing time and he still took his time to make sure the transition was smooth. If you want good customer service I say come to Extra Space Storage location! Also my storage space was very clean. I am pleased.
