Service and experience renting were top notch at this location. First time renting with extra space storage. Roy explained everything in detail and showed me around inside. Location very clean also Update *** info above still accurate. I just have one complaint. In the future when going over the lease, it should be disclosed up front, that the price the unit is on the day of signing is subject to increase at any time, if it's promotional. I was also told that all storage facilities do this. That is incorrect. I'm really not comfortable with the fact that the price can be increased whenever they want to increase it and there's nothing I can do about it. I decided to rent this particular space ATM bc that's what I'm comfortable with financially per month currently. If I was ok with 30 to 40 bucks more monthly, I surely would've rented a unit closer to me and a larger size as well. Just saying. Lol All info originally stated about Roy, still stands . (It's not his fault that the pricing works the way it does. And he suggested a solution this dilemma, might I add as well which might work out for me )

I had an excellent experience in the storage (multi year) of my RV. Among the facilities characteristics I most appreciated were the cleanliness, maintenance, security and accessibility. Add to that the proactive and friendly service of the staff resulted in the best storage experience I have had!
