DO NOT RENT SPACE HERE! This is the worst place to not only rip off consumers but if you fall behind, even 1 month, they will sell everything you own, especially if you have anything of value. The owners are ruthless, money hungry mongers looking to reap the benefit of anyone caught in a bad situation. There are plenty of other rental facilities in the area to choose space to rent. Take this as a warning because it’s exactly what they did to me with no remorse. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Storage How do you justify raising storage fees by 25+% in this economy? I mean seriously, that’s morally disgusting though I’d imagine the proposal made great business sense before it was adopted. Well I should expect only the best customer service and excellent facilities at least. Not the case, I’ve been unable to bring my car into the facility for three days now. The garage door is broken and only staff can open it during staffed hours. Which is not convenient for me at least. So it’s one star for me for the Kearny facility. Due to rising rents and a broken garage door which should have been repaired the next day. Especially considering the exorbitant costs of storage at this facility.
