I used my storage unit for 10 months and never had any issues. If I ever forgot to pay for the month they would always give me a curtesy call to make sure I didn’t receive a late fee. I left my unit early and was able to get a pro rated price so I didn’t have to pay for the entire month. Safe to say it was a great experience!
