Staff for sure 5 STARS. Policy knocked it down to 4. Either way, I AM GRATEFUL for EXTRA SPACE STORAGE busines accommodations. Its Space/properties very clean & accessible for us clients. I had a situation/ concern/ inquiry that ... it was handled timely, FAIRLY & professionally. In conclusion, I wl continue to do business with EXTRA SPACE STORAGE and would recommend their services to my friends, family and others. Additionally, I would like to send ??
