1.5 year update. Renewed for another six months. They keep getting better. Very fair. Very happy with them. Recommend without reservation. Dealt with Tyler again. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you! One year update. I have to say that my experience with Extra Space storage over the course of the year I have been with them has been CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT. Renewed my unit today with Tyler from Extra Space, who honored the agreement that Alex and I had worked out two weeks ago. We were able to agree to a fair rate increase. I know people are concerned about how storage companies raise fees once they have your stuff. Based on my experience, if you have an honest conversation with Extra Space, they are happy to work with you. — Original Review. So far (about ten days), great! Mario and Theresa are fantastic! I was able to negotiate up front a fair, fixed rate for a full year that I paid in advance. (Hoping I won’t need to update this review in a year when my current contract ends.) The facility itself is very nice. It feels very secure, modern, new, and clean. All instructions provided were clear and everything worked as expected.
