This location has the best energy! Andrew and Leo are hilarious! Both made the renting process for our first unit super easy. Thanks guys! Bonus that Extra Space offers locks, mattress covers etc.

Although this location doubled my monthly rent amount and subsequently, me closing it, I'd like to thank the staff. Andrew was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Clean facility, easy access and no issues aside from rental amount being increased double.

A real great experience at Extra Space Storage in Westwood. I have downsized to a smaller unit and Andrew was super to work with throughout the process and move. Super clean, easy in/out access, and great help at the desk at the desk with Andrew.

Went through the online setup when initially signing up for a storage unit. Met up with Andrew at the Madison Ave facility in Westwood and he was kind enough to show me around the place and the how-to's of getting access to my unit. He was very helpful and accommodating. Facility was very clean and easy to navigate. His assistance made the whole scenario very easy. Good work.
