I obtained my storage unit over the phone and that was an stress-free experience. The rep explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. The only thing that I didn’t know was that there were units indoors so my unit was hard to find only because I didn’t see a map of the location or else that would’ve been easier. I went in for a refund for a lock and the rep who helped me was also super friendly and accommodating. He made the visit fast and easy.

Very clean. Lights come on automatically, codes are easy, Mariah, at the Albuquerque lot, is totally awesome. Close to home. Bummer the prices went up so I have to move out. Will highly recommend this place. Thanks.
