Samantha, the manager at the location I rented from was so RUDE! Also, my unit was robbed of contents and it was an “inside job”access to my unit was from the unit next-door, which was vacant which only Management had access too!! Find another storage facility one that’s safe and secure and that has cameras on your unit and has professional management! And of course, the police report was made, and the police officer said that it was very common to have that type of robbery in those storage units especially with extra space storage!! Also, roaches were visible!!
