I can't say enough good things about Oscar, the manager, at this storage facility. During a particularly stressful time, Oscar went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted. He was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about the units and services offered. I truly felt like I was in good hands, and I left with a peace of mind knowing I had made the right choice. On top of that, the entire facility- including the bathrooms- is always spotless and well maintained. It's clear that the staff takes pride in the place, and it shows. I'm so glad I chose this location!

From the moment I walked in, Jasmine was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand my storage needs and was able to recommend the perfect unit for me. Jasmine was very knowledgeable about the different types of units available, the pricing, and the security measures in place. She patiently answered all my questions and made sure I understood all the terms and conditions before signing the contract. What impressed me the most was her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. Even after I had rented the unit, she followed up to ensure that I was happy with my choice and to see if I needed any further assistance. The storage unit itself was clean, secure, and easy to access. The prices were also very reasonable. However, it was Jasmine's exceptional customer service that truly made my experience memorable.
