I was renting unit 5x5 for 11$ a month. 2 month later changed to 22$. Later it changed to 33$. I went inside and asked the lady why is it increasing. She replied "Promotion is over, we can increase however we want" I said "Ok, i'm moving out" She said "OK" It's very bad customer service, the lady over there really hates her job, careless attitude.

This place needs to help remove ice from the block. Their part of the sidewalk never gets shoveled and is dangerous for the community. I wanted to open a storage here but their lack of helping the community during both of the blizzards has turned me off. Do better for the community that you are “serving”.

I had written a review 3yrs ago about a great customer service experience I had at this location with Jalen. You can see my original review below. It has been a very long time since I have gotten or felt like I recieved the proper customer service from anyone working at this location since he left. Well let me introduce you to Grace I met her this week and needed some help with my unit, and OMG!!!! I was blow away by her professionalism, patience, and presence. She took her time and went above and beyond to provide me with a solution that would help me out. She stayed on top of it provided me with updates as she worked on it for me. I hope that whoever is managing this location. Is paying attention and looking to copy that formula that Grace brings to the table! There is one thing to go to work and do your job. But its a whole other level to pride in what you are doing and shining at it. Grace leaves a lasting impression and has set the bar for customer service very high!!! - Original Review: 3yrs ago - Jalen is hands down the best customer service representative I have ever met in my life. This is the kids of employees every company should wish they had. A+++

Terrible experience. Our unit was robbed along with several others, and when the police arrived, they confirmed there had been multiple past incidents at this facility. They specifically cited poor camera placement and a lack of proper security in the stairwell as ongoing issues. The whole situation felt suspicious, honestly like it could have been an inside job. I would not recommend storing anything here that you remotely care about. On another date, I noticed the office shut down and closed but units unsecured (after 9pm).
