Finding storage places is easy but not always is there exceptional customer service. I was helped out by Myles and there was nothing else i could ask for. He was professional but engaging, gave me all the information i needed and it was as if I had been using this location for years. The facility is clean and organized and the customer service is the cherry on top. 10/10 i would definitely recommend

Hands down the best storage company i've ever been too. The place is exceptionally clean. and the staff is amazing. i was helped out by a young gentle named Myles who was the best guy ever to me while i was there. I will definitely be coming back to for Myles and his help again. 10/10 recommending to every one!!!

Due to my career I have been using storages professionally for decades. This is hands down my favorite storage facility. Storages are boxes and so nothing special there. Their boxes with doors and they all lock. What makes this place the best storage ever is the kindness and attention of the staff. The staff that are a part of this location is the best I’ve ever worked with. Flexibility, courteous, and all around great personalities. I was a little flustered at first, but Esana walked me through the process. She researched if Extra Space Storage accepts money orders...got back to me in a timely manner and I'm all set thanks to her.
