The manager, Barbara, of the Union road Cheektowaga location is one of the nicest people. She helped me through the process and showed me how to work the locks. She also talked to me like we were old friends, I wasn't just a customer. The facility is clean. So far, I haven't had any issues. I truly appreciate all the assistance that Barbara has offered me. She even called me back in a timely manner when I had a question for her. I highly recommend using her facility.
