All the woman at the storage on Thompson rd that work there are amazing. Very nice. Had a problem with the snow plow company they buried my trailer in with snow they were informed a couple times to not do it. Yesterday I went in and trailer was completely buried with a 9 foot snow bank up against the side and three feet of snow around it. I asked the girl.at front desk if she could pls contact plow guys and ask them to move snow and not bury it. I got a phone call yesterday later in the day informing me it was all set. Looked today all snow was away from trailer. I appreciate all they do there.

Well it looks like people are still mad about the up and down prices . Nothing new but what people should be doing is getting rid of there insurance that the company offers , because less than 3% use there insurance in any one store and the rest are just giving there money away and when extra space owns the own insurance company so there just taking you to the cleaners. In your contract states insurance is optional and you can do away with it at any time and if any member of management tells you otherwise then just call there 1 888 number to make a complaint. The store managers and the District Manager will just lie to you . Like why would you get insurance when your in a climate control building , mice don't walk up walls and it's already temp controlled so why when you can just tell them you have your own and NO you don't need any proof , and again call there 1 888 number if told otherwise because insurance is nothing but an 100% SCAM all the way . The rising of prices well that's an even bigger SCAM and should look else where if not happy . COMPANY CARES MORE ABOUT PROFIT THEN THERE CUSTOMERS OR ASSOCIATES , that's why turnover is so high and we'll it doesn't help when the company doesn't want to admit when they have bad upper management ( MATTHEW CONNER ;) and instead of fixing the problem they just keep the bad help cause it's cheaper and well the less work on them the better . So good luck to anyone that doesn't take this warning seriously.

While this place is OK for storing stuff, which is what it's supposed to be, it's ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS how much and how often the prices get raised!! I've only been here 8 months and it's gone from $107 to now $237!! That is just crazy and a rip off!! I moved once already from a facility who did this and now this is even more than the other place! I find it hard to believe that the rates need to be so inflated. Looks like I'll need to move again....?? NOT HAPPY AT ALL
