This is my first time using Extra Space storage and from my very first phone call Matt made me feel so comfortable booking my daughters space for her college belongings. He then exceeded my expectations by assisting my daughter and calling to assure me that she was fine. I’m so thankful for Matt he was a true Angel!!!!

Matt and Lisa helped us with our storage needs. They were great! There's a lot of space there to park your RVs, trailers, etc. and if you're moving and have a big truck like we did (26 ft.), you can pull it right INTO the storage facility and unload. It was so convenient! Thanks you all!

If I could rate Extra Space Storage 10 stars, I would. EXCELLENT customer service from Matt. He was courteous, patient, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He went above and beyond, even staying past his work hours to ensure we were able to gain entry to our unit. I was truly relieved that he was there.. that small gesture meant so much.. He’s a true asset to this company…. My son will be a returning sophomore at Syracuse University and Because of Matt, Extra Space Storage will have our business for the next 3 years… Thank you Matt!
