Moving can and is stressful. Thank You Extra Storage for taking the weight of my shoulders. I am moving to NYC from out of state. I was not aware that finding a right storage will be as hard as finding an apartment. After visiting few storage rental places I acquired only confusion and more questions but the unit itself.., until I checked this Xtra Storage Location (465 W156th St). Juan was patient and took time answering all my questions, English is my second language and I do have a challenge understanding professional terms - he made sure to take time and make me comfortable navigating all the ins and outs of the whole process: he showed me multiple units , and we explored few options since I wasn’t even sure the size that I need; explained me insurance aspect as well process to move in. Thanks to him my stress fulfilled and time consuming process finding the right storage unit is over. Thank You !
