Joy, my tour guide of the place, was so helpful and a nice breath of air during these covid times! ?? The storage space is sooo clean, convenient, looks brand new, multiple working elevators, has its own covered Loading dock. A+ storage space in Bushwick! THANK GOODNESS! If you have renters insurance, keep it and add it to your storage unit. Otherwise, you gotta pay extra for monthly insurance on your belongings.

Fantastic experience - Manager Mia was awesome, helped us get in a perfect unit after we made a mistake with our online reservation made in Texas. Friendly & worked remotely with our moving help until it was loaded & the lock was on he door. Great price. Covid policies in place & being followed. Highly recommend them!

This is a great storage facility and the staff make the process as easy as can be! The location itself is perfect and having a big parking lot (especially in New York) makes the loading/unloading process much less stressful. The building is spotless, there are lots of big furniture dollies for use (so helpful as I'm sure I'm not the only person who didn't think of that!), and the whole place looks to be in great condition. I met the manager Eric on the day I moved in and he could not have been kinder or more helpful!

Extra Space Storage is the best decision I've made for my move. Their website was super helpful at determining the space I would need and the staff were incredibly organized, prompt, and helpful. Their prices were also the best I could find. Shout-out to Sade at this location who was very helpful and friendly on our move-in day and ensured that everything went smoothly for us. Extra Space Storage saved me. I originally had a reservation with another storage company in Canarsie that offered a free 2hr truck driver. Only thing is the truck never showed up and no one was answering the phones. I luckily found Extra Space Storage and called them immediately to reserve a unit. 30min later I was at their Ridgewood location signing the lease and moving my things in. The storage is a lot closer to my apartment and ended up being slightly cheaper than the other company. The workers are nice and the building is very clean and new.
