I usually don’t have great things to say about the overall experience with this storage company, but I want to make sure Doreen and Rob get the recognition they deserve. Despite the issues with the facility, they consistently showed genuine care, patience, and kindness every time I needed help. They took their time with me, listened, and actually made difficult situations easier to deal with. They’re the kind of people who make a tough experience feel a little lighter, and they deserve credit for that.
