Very unsatisfied. Everyone there pays for a unit. Pays for them to be able to bring thier items inside to thier unit smoothly. This storage facility has garbage EVERYWHERE and people stuff they don’t want any longer just thrown around. Aside from that there are carts to move to your items from the car to the unit and the side walk is awful in the back entrance where you go with big vehicles unload . there is a small 2 foot ramp that’s completely blocked by snow 3 feet high. And we are forced to LIFT the cart with our beginning to even get it up the payment platform. I am not paying to struggle to move my belongings. Some people move alone and can’t lift the carts and shouldn’t have to for US PAYING for our amenities as simple as the sidewalk to be used. This is unacceptable.

Clean place, Guy at the desk was nice and helpful. Only thing is parking isn’t great and there is only 2 doors so some units are insanely far away
